1. General Refund Conditions

QRminds puts your satisfaction first. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Monthly Plan (Pro Monthly): Full refund within 15 days from the start of subscription
  • Yearly Plan (Pro Yearly): Full refund within 30 days from the start of subscription
  • Refunds are not applicable for Free plan users

2. How to Request a Refund?

Send an email to info@qrminds.com with the subject "Refund Request"

Provide the email address associated with your account and the reason for your refund

Your request will be reviewed within 1-2 business days

Approved refunds will be reflected back to your payment method within 5-10 business days

3. After the Refund

Once your refund is approved:

  • Your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan
  • Your created QR codes will not be deleted, but Pro features will be disabled
  • Your dynamic QR codes will be converted to static
  • Access to your analytics data will be restricted

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The refund period (15/30 days) has expired
  • Accounts closed due to violation of terms of service
  • Accounts where fraud or misuse has been detected
  • If a refund has already been issued for the same account (repeated refund requests)

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard > Settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will continue to use Pro features until the end of the current billing period
  • At the end of the period, your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan
  • Cancellation is reversible - you can resubscribe before the period ends
