QRminds is a SaaS platform that allows users to create, manage, and track more than 18 types of QR codes. Our services include dynamic QR codes, AI-powered QR codes, QR code analytics, bulk QR code generation, and customized design options.

By signing up for our platform or logging in with Google OAuth, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for the security of your account. You must keep your password confidential and notify us immediately in the event of unauthorized access. Persons under the age of 18 may not create an account.

You may use the QRminds platform only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Creating QR codes containing illegal content or malicious software • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts • Using the platform for spam, fraud, or phishing • Sending automated requests designed to overload the system • Creating content that infringes copyrights or intellectual property rights

The QRminds platform, its design, code, and content are owned by QRminds and protected by copyright. QR codes created by users and their content belong to the users. However, you grant us the necessary license for the operation of the platform.

QRminds offers free and paid plans: • Free Plan: $0/month - Basic features • Pro Monthly: $12.99/month - All features • Pro Yearly: $99.99/year - All features (36% discount) Payments are processed through Creem.io payment processor. Subscriptions are automatically renewed. Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to receive service until the end of the current billing period. Our refund policy: • Monthly plans: Full refund within the first 15 days • Annual plans: Full refund within the first 30 days For detailed information, please review our Refund Policy page.

Your personal data is protected under KVKK and GDPR. For detailed information about how your data is collected, processed, and stored, please review our Privacy Policy page.

QRminds does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error. QRminds is not liable for indirect damages that may arise from service interruptions, data losses, or issues with third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the total amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms. In the event of account termination: • Your data will be deleted within 30 days • Refunds may be issued for unused periods on paid subscriptions • No refunds will be issued for accounts closed due to illegal activities

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices are authorized for the resolution of disputes.

We reserve the right to update these terms of service at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
